About Cancellations
Each LYNN piece is made to order and crafted specifically for you.
For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed and production has been scheduled.
LYNN reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly cancel orders, refuse delivery, or otherwise disrupt the normal order process.
About Repairs (Final Sale)
Because all LYNN pieces are made to order, all sales are final once production has been scheduled.
We do not accept returns, refunds, remakes, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Incorrect size selection

Personal taste or preference
LYNN does not offer exchanges or remakes.
However, if your item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or craftsmanship error caused by LYNN, we will provide a repair at no additional cost.
Any issue must be reported through our inquiry form within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs for review.
If approved, LYNN will provide repair return instructions.
Cases Where Repairs Cannot Be Accepted
Repairs cannot be accepted in the following situations:

Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Natural variations in appearance due to lighting, photography, screen display, or inherent craftsmanship characteristics

Scratches, deformation, or damage caused by customer use, accidents, or improper handling

Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery, without exceptional circumstances

Items returned without prior approval from LYNN

Items that have been resized, engraved, or otherwise modified after delivery

Customer-related reasons such as incorrect size selection, incorrect order details, or metal allergies
Shipping & Transit Responsibility
LYNN carefully inspects and securely packages each order prior to shipment.
LYNN is not responsible for damage caused during transit unless the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery, with clear photographic evidence of both the packaging and the item’s condition upon arrival.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for repair.
Customs, Duties & Refused Shipments
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties or delivery refusal are not eligible for refunds, repairs, or remakes.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order with LYNN, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in order refusal or account restriction.
LYNN reserves the right to contest chargebacks when our policies have been followed, and production or delivery has been confirmed.

Made-to-order jewelry cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned.

LYNN reserves the sole right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship error.

Approved repairs may require additional production time.
Delivery times
Products will usually be delivered within 2 months after your order is received.
LYNN jewelry is carefully crafted one by one after receiving your order, so it takes approximately two months for delivery.
