Creation Process

Each LYNN piece is created individually upon confirmed order.

Our made-to-order approach allows us to dedicate focused attention to every stage of production — ensuring that each creation is executed with precision and care.

1. Design Confirmation

For signature LYNN designs, production begins according to the specifications and dimensions presented at the time of purchase.

For modified pieces, key measurements and structural details are confirmed prior to production. Final dimensions are reviewed and agreed upon before craftsmanship begins.

This ensures clarity and alignment before the piece enters production.

2. Stone Selection

Diamonds are sourced with patience and discipline. Each stone is selected to meet our quality standards and to harmonize with the proportions of the chosen design.

For larger center stones, laboratory certification may accompany the finished piece where applicable.

3. Crafting & Setting

Your piece is produced in Japan with skilled goldsmiths. The structure is formed, refined, and prepared for stone setting with careful attention to balance and durability.

Stone setting is executed with measured precision to ensure security, symmetry, and optimal light performance.

4. Finishing & Inspection

After setting, each piece undergoes meticulous finishing and polishing. Final inspections are conducted to verify structural integrity, alignment, and surface refinement.

Only when a piece meets our standards is it prepared for dispatch.

5. Secure Delivery

Completed pieces are carefully packaged and shipped via insured express courier from Tokyo. Signature confirmation is required upon delivery to ensure secure arrival.

Production Timeline

Production typically requires approximately 6–8 weeks from payment confirmation.

This timeline reflects the patience required to achieve precision. True craftsmanship cannot be rushed.

At LYNN, creation is intentional.

Each piece moves through a considered process — from design to final inspection — so that what you receive is not simply jewelry, but something shaped with purpose.
