Each LynnFineJewelry piece is carefully crafted to order. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.
1. Production Time
All jewelry is made-to-order.
Production typically requires approximately 6–8 weeks (up to 2 months) from the date payment is confirmed.
Production timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on design complexity, stone sourcing, material availability, or production volume.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped from our Tokyo, Japan location, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer complimentary worldwide DHL Express shipping on all orders.
All shipments are:

4. Estimated Transit Times (After Shipment)
United States: 2–4 business days
United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
Europe: 3–6 business days
Australia: 4–6 business days
Asia & Middle East: 2–6 business days
Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing, carrier routing, remote locations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for delays once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
The declared value for customs purposes will reflect the full purchase price of the item. We do not under-declare shipment values.
Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes may result in the shipment being returned. Any return shipping costs, duties, storage fees, or carrier charges incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.
6. Risk of Loss & Delivery Confirmation
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Theft, loss, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit prior to delivery, we will assist in filing an insurance claim with the carrier.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error may require additional fees for reshipment.
8. Delays
While we strive to meet estimated timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by:

Carrier service interruptions

Customs inspections or clearance procedures

Natural events or force majeure

Government regulations or restrictions
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, discounts, or compensation.
9. Payment Timing
Full payment is required before production begins. Orders will not enter production until payment is confirmed.
