Returns & Repairs
Returns, Cancellations & Repairs Policy
Final Sale
All LYNN pieces are made-to-order and individually crafted upon confirmed payment.
For this reason, all sales are final.
Once payment has been confirmed and production has been scheduled, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.
Made-to-order jewelry is custom manufactured and cannot be restocked or resold.
LYNN does not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases of verified manufacturing defects as determined solely by LYNN.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that may apply under mandatory consumer protection laws.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be considered only before production has been scheduled.
Once production has begun, cancellation is not possible for any reason.
Design Specifications
For standard designs offered on our website without modification, the product will be manufactured in accordance with the specifications described on the product page at the time of purchase.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the listed specifications, including materials, dimensions, total carat weight, and design details.
For custom or modified designs requiring CAD data creation, production will begin only after written approval of the CAD design.
Once CAD approval has been provided, the design specifications are considered final and cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.

Manufacturing Defects
If your item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect caused solely by LYNN, we will provide repair or replacement at our discretion.
Remedies for verified defects are limited to repair or replacement only. Refunds will not be issued.
A manufacturing defect refers strictly to structural or craftsmanship faults that materially affect the integrity of the piece.
The following are not considered defects:
-
Natural gemstone inclusions
-
Minor surface marks consistent with handcrafted fine jewelry
-
Dimensional tolerances within accepted industry standards
-
Normal wear and tear
All defect claims must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery and must include clear photographic documentation.
Failure to notify within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the item as delivered.
LYNN reserves sole discretion in determining whether a defect qualifies as a manufacturing issue.
Transit & Delivery Claims
All items are inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment.
Any claim for damage during transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence of:
-
The outer packaging
-
The inner packaging
-
The item condition upon arrival
Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Customs & Refused Shipments
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders that are refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs duties are not eligible for refund.
Any return shipping fees, storage fees, duties, or carrier charges incurred may be deducted from any amount eligible for refund at LYNN’s sole discretion.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to contact LYNN directly to resolve any concern prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks initiated after production has begun or after confirmed delivery will be formally contested with supporting documentation, including production records and carrier confirmation.
LYNN reserves the right to refuse future service to customers who initiate unjustified payment disputes.
